Andy was a PRA summer intern and
assistant project manager who rejoined PRA after graduating from PennState with a BS in Structural Design and Construction Engineering in 2006. Along with working in the estimating department, Andy is managing several small projects for PRA. Prior to gaining his degree, Andy worked in the engineering department of the nations largest passenger rail company were he gained valuable experience working on large scale civil construction projects.
