Dan works with PRA's management team to develop corporate business development strategies, goals and objectives, as well as interfacing with clients in a project management
role. Dan spent 18 years in the chemical industry, with a wealth of experience in engineering and project management. He holds a B.S. in Agriculture Management from the University of Delaware. Currently vice
president of the Board of Directors of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Cecil County Water and Wastewater Task Force, Dan is a Cecil County, MD resident.
