Jeff has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Before joining PRA in 1999, Jeff worked for a construction consulting company, managing and
administering complex construction projects. Jeff assists the PRA team in project administration from the preconstruction phase through job close out.
Jeff also serves as project manager for PRA, having worked on the Shannondell at Valley Forge project, and also works closely with the project managers in controlling the project costs. In addition, Jeff works with Owners in executing contracts. Jeff received a BS in Operations Management from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.
