Justin was a summer intern and assistant project manager in 2001, and rejoined PRA after graduating from Penn State with a BS in Structural Design and Construction
Engineering in 2002. Along with working in the estimating department, Justin was involved with the award winning Willow Valley Retirement Communities Cultural Center.
Other projects he has managed include Oxford Church of Nazarene, Willow Valley Manor North Core Building Renovations, Strasburg Railroad Company renovations and additions, and The Commons at Oaklands, Exton, PA.
