Noah joined the PRA team in January 2007 as an assistant project manager and is currently managing several different projects.  Before joining PRA, Noah gained valuable experience from a Central Pennsylvania home builder where he managed the sales and construction in multiple neighborhoods. He earned a degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University in 2001.  Noah currently resides in Lancaster with his wife and two sons.
