Paul Risk is the son of the firm's founder, Donald C. Risk, and from 1968 to 1995, Paul built Paul Risk Associates, Inc. from a company which he began with his wife, one
employee and a used pickup truck to a $30 million firm employing 73 people. Paul's business philosophy, "Put your name on the company so everyone knows who's accountable. Do the work right the first time.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," still drives the company. He now serves as Chairman of the Board and enjoys an active retirement. In February 2004, Paul was honored by National
Associated Builders and Contractors with a Lifetime Member Appointment.
