Richard began as a PRA field team member in 1974, and has worked his way through the ranks to his current position on PRA's executive team, where he oversees PRA's project
managers, develops final project budgets, and troubleshoots project issues with specialty contractors and other suppliers. Richard gets involved with virtually every PRA project in this role. He has managed
important PRA projects such as Willow Valley Gables, Westtown School Faculty Housing and Athletic Complex, and the United Church of Christ Kindred Place in Harrisburg. He serves on the board of Lancaster County
Conservancy. He received a BA in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
