PROJECT MANAGER

Our Project Managers are rockstars! They not only manage each project’s timeline and budget, but play a vital role of ensuring client satisfaction by serving as the main point of contact throughout the duration of the construction process — from design and estimating through the close-out and punch list.

We’re looking to grow our team by adding a full-time position to help manage multiple projects in a variety of local markets. Though we expect a lot from our PM’s, we do our best to reward their hard work through our commitment to creating a healthy work-life balance through competitive pay and a generous benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

  • Concept design
  • Estimating
  • Subcontract buy-out
  • Planning and management of project timeline, budget and resources
  • Proactive communication with the client and the rest of the project team
  • Project close-out

CARPENTERS

We couldn’t do what we do without our Carpenters. By working closely with the Project Superintendent, this role focuses on spending each day building the owner’s vision into a reality. Our goal as a company is to provide a healthy work-life balance, and we are dedicated to placing our field workers on jobsites that will allow you to get home each night to your family.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Superintendent on daily tasks and goals
  • Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of each client
  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, moldings and doors
  • Construction of walls, floors and door frames
  • Help erect, level and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes
  • Inspect and replace damaged structures and fixtures
  • Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers
