PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTS

We consider our Superintendents the day-to-day leaders of our jobsites, as they are accountable for managing all daily operations — from planning and coordination of specialty contractors to communication with both the owner and the rest of the PRC project team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate specialty contractors, including quality of work and adherence to schedule
  • Accountable for onsite safety procedures
  • Review and approve drawings and shipments/materials
  • Provide updates and ongoing communication with the owner
  • Process necessary paperwork
  • Be certified in all necessary first aid and OSHA requirements
  • Delegate work as needed to other PRC team members
  • Attend/lead necessary job meetings
  • Work with Project Manager on project planning and execution

CARPENTERS

We couldn’t do what we do without our Carpenters. By working closely with the Project Superintendent, this role focuses on spending each day building the owner’s vision into a reality. Our goal as a company is to provide a healthy work-life balance, and we are dedicated to placing our field workers on jobsites that will allow you to get home each night to your family.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Superintendent on daily tasks and goals
  • Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of each client
  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, moldings and doors
  • Construction of walls, floors and door frames
  • Help erect, level and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes
  • Inspect and replace damaged structures and fixtures
  • Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers
