In 2002, we implemented the PRA Way with all of our team members:

1. We strive to live by the Golden Rule, treating each person as we wish to be treated.
2. Our success is determined by the long-term relationships with clients, specialty contractors and employees that are built on honesty, integrity, trust, quality, and financial gain for all.
3. We make things happen, not let them happen.
4. We work to be more effective communicators; remembering that good verbal communication requires more listening than speaking and good written communication requires proper form.
5. We keep our working environments clean and functionally organized, with the utmost attention to safety.
6. Because we volunteer as a company and as individuals, our community is a better place to live.

PRA also recognizes the importance of a safe workplace, industry involvement, educating the future workforce, and community service, and has made a commitment in these areas. It is vital that we all help make our neighborhood a better place to live and work.
