Charles joined the PRA team in 1989 as a trainee and was promoted to Project Manager one year later. His project team recently completed the new outdoor pool at Black Rock Retreat. His other PRA projects have included Tel Hai Retirement Communities, Southern Chester County YMCA, Interiors retail furniture showroom, Willow Valley Family Resort and Conference Center Palm Court Renovation, Club at Shannondell Pool and Poolhouse, and the Tome's Landing Marina in Port Deposit, MD, which won a National ABC Award of Merit. Charles holds a B.S.E. in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
