	Dillow Design Associates, LLC Paul Risk Associates, Inc. has been a pioneer in the Design/Build delivery system for the past forty years. This project delivery system has been proven to offer owners cost effective design and construction of buildings in less time with greater cost control than typical Design/Bid/Build projects.

Through a partnership with Mr. Scott Dillow, a Registered Architect in both Pennsylvania and Maryland, Paul Risk Associates, Inc. formed Dillow Design Associates, LLC, an architecture firm specifically tailored to provide design services in conjunction with the Design/Build delivery system. Dillow Design Associates, LLC will provide design services as part of the PRA team, with the goals of function (making the building work for the owner's needs), aesthetics (crafting a building appealing to the owner's sense of style), and value (getting the most return on your investment).


	Design/Build offers proven cost effective design, greater cost control, and time savings vs. traditional Design/Bid/ Build.

By developing this partnership in-house, this exciting next generation of Design/Build will even further provide a seamless flow from design concept to final occupancy. Dillow Design Associates, LLC, in conjunction with the Design/Build team, can provide proposal preparation and review, code review analysis, and construction document interdisciplinary review, among other services, to better serve you.
