  1. Associated Builders and Contractors Apprenticeship Program Nationally accredited Wheels of Learning program combines actual job experience with classroom training. This program offers state and federally approved apprenticeship programs in 15 trades and is approved for veterans training benefits. Contact the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors at (717) 653-8106 for more information.
  2. The soon-to-be-implemented School to Work Program is a national program that can help high school students learn valuable skills, starting as early as the 10th grade. Your high school's apprenticeship program will certify your training and get you a skilled job after graduation. The program includes summer employment and employment during your senior year. After high school you can continue your training or apply it towards college creditcareer-industry-involvemt. Career choices are offered in 18 construction fields. Contact the guidance counselor at your high school for further information. This national program is sponsored by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. You can contact them at (352) 334-0911.
  3. The National Center for Construction Education and Research unites construction into one industry under one training program. Their goals are to provide standardized training across the country, improve the safety and health of every construction employee, and to provide construction management education to the industry. PRA recognizes the importance of quality construction education and training, and supports the endeavors of The National Center for Construction Education and Research.

PRA is proud to be a member of the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). ABC is a national construction management association that unites and serves general contractors, specialty contractors, suppliers and associates in promoting the construction industry and preserving free enterprise.
