Homestead Village - Household Renovation Phase 1
Approximately 21,000 SF of an existing nursing home will be converted into two household style skilled care units. THE BUILDING WILL BE OCCUPIED DURING CONSTRUCTION AND WILL REQUIRE PHASING MANY ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT. Scope of work includes: selective demo, concrete, simulated stone, metals, casework, countertops, insulation, HM doors & frames, wood doors, alum. entrances, vinyl windows, glazing, drywall & metal stud, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, painting, wall covering, wall protection, HVAC, sprinkler, plumbing, and electrical. Resident rooms will be renovated in groups of 4 and include new European style showers. Resident room corridors will be renovated once all resident rooms in that wing are completed. Center core will be broken up into several phases that will be renovated and turned over to owner for use to begin next phase of renovation. YOU MUST TAKE PHASING INTO ACCOUNT AND LOOK AT ALL DOCUMENTS NOT JUST ONE PERTAINING TO YOUR TRADE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT.
