This project focused on replacing existing retail space with a 50-unit hotel. Rooms and suites were built to feature a wide range of options including: singles, doubles and studio suites, as well as plus one and two bedroom suites with custom built kitchenettes. This 47,000 SF design-build project is made of masonry, precast floors, a wood truss roof system and a structural steel central entry. The exterior of the building complements the nearby farm complex with a gray stone veneer, earth tone stucco and board and batten HardiePlank siding. The roofline is accentuated with a bronze standing seam roof and set off with six cupolas to give it a “country look”.
