Preconstruction Services

This early stage of construction is the most crucial to achieve success with your building program. Preconstruction planning explores design, function, materials, and schedule. Concept budgets, cost estimates, and construction schedules are provided and refined. Value Engineering at this early stage avoids costly design fees. The PRA team provides the expertise to lead you through the Project Program and the Design Development to advance your project concept into constructability. You are assured of a project designed to suit your needs and budget parameters from the first sketch to the final brick.

Construction Management

In a Construction Management role, Paul Risk Associates will coordinate and supervise the construction processes of your project from conceptual development stage through final construction. We will work with the various design teams to complete your project on time and within budget. Our sound project management, quality assurance program and superior safety program will make sure your project is a success.

Design/Build

Design/Build is the construction method that provides a single contact for a complete approach to building commercial and institutional facilities of all kinds. You have a single contract with Paul Risk Associates to provide architectural design services, engineering design services, and construction. Responsibilities and risk are allocated to those best able to manage them daily and on site if necessary. Design/Build will achieve the shortest turnaround time from drawings to an occupied facility of any construction method. The single source accountability eliminates any adversarial relationships between Owner, Architect, and Builder that arises with a traditional bid project.

General Contracting

As General Contractor, Paul Risk Associates, Inc. will build your building. We are responsible for the day-to-day activity on your construction site, providing our highly skilled craftsmen to perform a variety of tasks. Our overall supervision of the selected trades and specialty contractors ensures that your project is built with quality and precision. Our adherence to the project schedule and identification of potential issues keeps costly delays and change orders to a minimum. PRA's company wide goal is to provide a safe jobsite with no accidents.
