PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

Paul Risk Construction (PRC) is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from concept to completion.  Candidates must be well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.  The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. 

Requirements 

  • Commercial Construction Experience 
  • Proficiency with:
    • Procore Project Management
    • Bluebeam Revu
    • Microsoft Project

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Architects and other workers
  • Coordinate Specialty Contractors, including quality of work and adherence to schedule
  • Review and approve drawings, shipments and materials
  • Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
  • Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
  • Explain contract and technical matters to others in a clear manner
  • Report project progress and budget to the client

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

Paul Risk Construction (PRC) is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist our Project Managers through all phases of our commercial construction projects.  If you are a “make it happen” person, that enjoys a diverse workload and is looking for career growth opportunities, this is the job for you.       

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (or similar focus) 
  • Proficiency with:
    • Procore Project Management
    • Bluebeam Revu
    • Microsoft Project

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with bidding, preparation of budgets and cost estimates
  • Aid in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
  • Help to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Analyze data as required
  • Tracking and reporting project progress
  • Conduct administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, printing drawings and taking job meeting notes
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

CARPENTERS

CARPENTERS

We couldn’t do what we do without our Carpenters. By working closely with the Project Superintendent, this role focuses on spending each day building the owner’s vision into a reality. Our goal as a company is to provide a healthy work-life balance, and we are dedicated to placing our field workers on jobsites that will allow you to get home each night to your family.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Superintendent on daily tasks and goals
  • Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of each client
  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, moldings and doors
  • Construction of walls, floors and door frames
  • Help erect, level and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes
  • Inspect and replace damaged structures and fixtures
  • Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers
