PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTS
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate specialty contractors, including quality of work and adherence to schedule
- Accountable for onsite safety procedures
- Review and approve drawings and shipments/materials
- Provide updates and ongoing communication with the owner
- Process necessary paperwork
- Be certified in all necessary first aid and OSHA requirements
- Delegate work as needed to other PRC team members
- Attend/lead necessary job meetings
- Work with Project Manager on project planning and execution

CARPENTERS
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Project Superintendent on daily tasks and goals
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of each client
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, moldings and doors
- Construction of walls, floors and door frames
- Help erect, level and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes
- Inspect and replace damaged structures and fixtures
- Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers
