Our Project Managers are the backbone of our operations, expertly navigating each project from start to finish to ensure timelines and budgets are met while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. Our Superintendents are the linchpins of our jobsites, tasked with the critical day-to-day leadership and management of all operations. This includes the meticulous planning and coordination of specialty contractors, ensuring both the quality of work and adherence to the project timeline, as well as upholding onsite safety protocols. They are responsible for reviewing and approving project drawings and materials, maintaining transparent and consistent communication with both the owner and the PRC project team, processing essential paperwork, and holding certifications in all necessary first aid and OSHA requirements. Delegation of tasks to other team members, leading job meetings, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager for project planning and execution are also key responsibilities. In alignment with our ethos as a family-owned company, we seek individuals who embody our core values of integrity, respect, and ownership, offering a role that not only demands but rewards with competitive compensation, paid time off, holidays, hospitalization, short-term disability benefits, a 401(k) with matching contributions, educational assistance, and a culture that prioritizes enjoyment and positive team dynamics.
At the heart of our operations are our Carpenters, who play a crucial role in bringing the owner's vision to life, day in and day out, in close collaboration with the Project Superintendent. Our commitment extends beyond construction; we strive to ensure a healthy work-life balance, conscientiously assigning our field workers to jobsites that enable them to return home to their families each evening. Responsibilities in this pivotal role include following blueprints and building plans to fulfill client needs, installing structures and fixtures, constructing frameworks for buildings, and overseeing the erection and installation of these frameworks with the support of rigging hardware and cranes. Additionally, our Carpenters inspect and repair damaged frameworks, guide laborers, and contribute to a team-driven environment. As a family-owned business, we emphasize integrity, respect, and the importance of treating each jobsite with ownership. We seek self-motivated individuals who embody our core values, offering competitive compensation, paid time off, holidays, hospitalization, short-term disability, a 401k with match, educational assistance, and a work culture that values enjoyment and camaraderie.
