RYAN MILLER
PROJECT MANAGER

As General Contractor for this project, we lead the construction of both the shell and the internal fit out. This 9,500 SF building is home to Goldfish Swim School — a one-of-a-kind swim school started by Jenny and Chris McCuiston. Since the first swim school opened in Birmingham, MI in 2006, the franchise has grown to over 65 schools in nearly 20 states. With years of research conducted toward creating the best swim school experience possible, every part of the building is designed to enhance learning, fun and safety. The structure is built with steel framing on a broom-finish concrete pad with the exterior finished with EIFS, brick and ground face block.

Unique features within the building include:

An indoor swimming pool heated to 90 degrees year-round
A state-of-the-art water purification system to keep the pool clean and sanitary
An air conditioned viewing gallery for parents
Private space for events that can accommodate up to 50 guests
An in-house Snack Shack and Treasure Island Pro Shop
Bright, tropical-themed decor throughout
