This project is the first USGBC registered multi-resident LEED project in the Philadelphia area, and the first one built by Paul Risk. Specs for the project include a wood frame with brick veneer; structural concrete decks; geothermal HVAC systems; custom skyline windows; custom interior fit-outs; structural concrete lower level parking garage; and a thermoplastic polyolefin roofing membrane. The scale for this project included 54 luxury condominium units ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,700 SF.
