SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

This project, located in Lititz, is the expansion of the corporate headquarters for The Webstaurant Store, an online distributor of food service equipment and supplies. As the design/build partner for The Webstaurant Store, our main goal for this project was to convert 12,275 SF of warehouse space into an office and call center. The building houses the Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and Development teams. Approximately 100 employees work in this open office space. Fully fit out for this rapidly growing business, this facility is one story with a mezzanine. The first floor has open offices, kitchenette and breakroom. The second floor is equipped with a large conference room, smaller glass walled conference room and the mechanical room.
